I’m excited to announce my forthcoming Spring Wellness Workshop at The Haus Studio, Commercial St, Dundee. I’ll be teaching a lovely yoga practice to celebrate Spring Solstice. We’ll have a soothing sound bath with Clare McGhee - a total relaxation and meditation experience to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system.
